Hello, Every time I open the platform, it says that my version is too old, and I should download the installer. I follow these steps: I download version 11, install it, open the platform, but if I close it and open it again, it still shows the same message prompting me to download and install. What should I do? |

How do you open Sierra Chart? Try going to your installation folder "D:\projecte\TRADING\apex\" Find the "SierraChart_64.exe" there and start it. If that does solve your issue, the short cut you use so far points to a different location, and should be updated. |

You have multiple installations of Sierra Chart on your system. Make sure you are starting the correct one.
