Chart Drawing Properties window doesn't pop on demand

When I right click on a line and click "Chart Drawing Properties" the window doesn't show. Version 2592. I exported the platform's settings to another computer it does the same thing. Is there a certain setting that might cause that behavior? I can't config my drawing tools. |

This was an error in a couple of releases around the one you updated to (2592).
