'Move to breakeven' key command not working...

Not sure if there is an issue somewhere, as I have assigned 2 other key commands and they work fine.

Yes I did press 'Assign'

Sending you a pic of my setting!

I'm on a Mac using Crossover if that makes a difference!

Thx

We do not recommend using a single key for keyboard shortcuts. This can often lead to confusion on the part of the system as to whether you are requesting the shortcut or entering text for some reason. Please try using one of the modifiers (CTRL, ALT, SHIFT) with it to see if it works that way. Once it is working, then you can modify from there and play with options that will work for you.

My move to breakeven command works for my initial position but not a secondary position.

For example, yesterday (6/9/26) I sold 7458.75 in ES and successfully moved my emergency stop loss that automatically appears at 8 ticks to break even. I then sold 7454.75 but had to manually enter a buy stop at my 2nd entry of 7454.75 as the breakeven functionality does not work. Note, I then manually deleted the emergency stop loss which was located at 7456.75 (8 ticks from 2nd entry) and in reviewing my trade video (OBS Studio) see that when my 7454.75 scratched out my stop at my initial entry of 7458.75 simply disappeared leaving me naked. Is this related? Can the breakeven command work for a secondary entry?

Thank you. Note, I trade solely from the DOM.

To start with, there is no reason why a Breakeven command would not work for a secondary entry.

But, you need to look at how your Position Average Price is being calculated and how that would impact the move to breakeven, along with where the breakeven point would be based on the entries that you made.

As to the issue of a Stop disappearing, we can not say, as we do not have all the information to understand exactly how you had everything setup. In general, it should not simply disappear, but again, you need to look at your entire setup and the quantities entered for each, along with how you have Scale In/Out setup, and analyze what occurred in this case.

Also, we see you are using Rithmic, and although we do not hear about Rithmic removing Stops for no good reason, we do hear about many issues with Rithmic not responding properly and leaving Stops/Targets displayed in Sierra Chart even though they are actually closed. We have to wonder if this may be related to what you are seeing.
