empty TPO and Number bars

Hello SC Support; I downgraded my sub from 11 to 10 and activated Denali Nasdaq TotalView only. Now my TPO and Number bars are all empty with no data. I updated to latest version too. You need to be on Package 11 in order to be able to use either of those studies (Numbers Bars and TPO).
