No longer getting updates on chart after switching plan to base advanced

Hi, I've been using the Integrated Advanced plan with top of the book CME data and haven't had issues for the last couple months. I switched to a base advanced plan last night with the same data feed and I'm no longer getting any updates to any chart. It is connected to the "SC Data - All Services" service. Is there something I need to configure to fix this?

We do see why there is a problem. One question we have is do you want delayed futures data? Or real time. You will not be able to get real-time data on the Service Package you have. Oh, I need real-time data. I was under the impression that base advanced allowed for that. Is there any way to switch to the integrated advanced so that I can get real time updates?
