Can’t Open Chart Windows

I have a few windows minimized on a second monitor. When I put my mouse over the Sierra chart icon and click the chart it won’t open. I tried hitting X to close the chart and redo but I can’t close it either. No data shows on the preview on the minimized chart either. See photos.

Go to the CW menu, at the top of any Sierra Chart window, and then select the particular window that you want to see and it should then be taken out of the minimized state and activated.
