Graphs and candlesticks "squizeeng" when i move chart

When I am trying to move chart to left or right candlesticks "squizeeng" (or i dont know how to say in english correctly, sorry) maybe problem refers to zoom option.. so how to fix it?

both by "shift+scroll wheel" and "shift + arrow key"
