About Interactive Brokers' live price data

Hi: I am using Interactive Brokers (IB) as live data feeding source and order placement broker. Q1: From last Thursday, some stocks' live price data cound not be shown on SR platform until their symbols' name were changed to xxx-STK-SMART-USD (e.g. AMD, EWZ, GOOG, TSLA, NVDA, etc), please advise; Q2: ALso from last Thursday, once I connected SR, some stocks's live price could not show on IB's platform and resume visible once disconnected SR. BTW, I opened 40 lines on IB and 30 stocks on SR (total 70<100 symbols limit insturcted by IB). Please help to resolve it. Attached are the IB's API settings and IB's symbols' limit when SR is connected. Thanks Charlie |

Sorry about that, we did not see that it was locked out. There was an issue with the Interactive Brokers symbols last week. This was resolved on Friday.
