The Volume at Price Threshold Alert V2 has the ability to "highlight adjacent alerts minimum group size." My question is, how can I create an audio alert for that condition? Thanks in advance for your help.

You can set an alert for this group size by checking the value of SG50 (Adjacent Alert Highlight Top 1) in that study. When this value is non-zero then you have a grouping. SG49 is always set to a value of one of the "alerts", so you can not use this particular subgraph.
