Changing color on trade order and Chartbook chart/spreadsheet background

I must have changed a setting to black at sometime, and now I can't see the text on my Chartbook or on my Trade Order Log/spreadsheets because the text is also black. Where do I change those options? Sorry, I've been looking and can't find it. :(
