[Programming Help] - Adding custom independent study

I've downloaded a custom study and attempting to add study, following the instructions. However, when I try to build the study I get an error message, but it appears the SCDLLNAME() is at the top of the file (see attached)? Please let me know what I'm doing wrong thanks
