Hi, I am requesting valid symbols but Sierra Chart keeps getting hung up and returning the following message type: HD Request # 13 - Requesting 1 Day of data at 30 secs with ending Date-Time at 2013-12-23 16:22:45 for SPY-OPT-20140627-197-C-SMART-100-USD | 2014-06-26 17:32:45 HD Request # 13 - Message from IB: Historical Market Data Service error message:HMDS query returned no data: SPY 140627C00197000@SMART Trades. IB Error Code: 162. Request ID: 13. | 2014-06-26 17:32:45 Can you please tell me how to correct this? Everything was working fine until I upgraded to the latest build over the weekend. Sierra Chart: v 1149 IB version: 945.2 Thanks. |

You need to reduce the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download to 15.
