Weird. Realtime data IB and Denali update but show delayed on chart header

I have two systems running SC. One is SC with IB data realtime and the other is SC with Denali realtime data. I just activated the realtime Denali feed and pay exchange fees($7 cme full,nonpro) for two systems. After activation SC/IB data system and SC/Denali system update and chart in realtime ,but now BOTH systems show the [M] symbol in the chart header eventhough everyting is working correctly. Did I miss something in actvating Denali or forget to change a setting? Thanks,Rick. |

In the installation for which you want to get the IB data, you need to set the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. If you change this value, then after you close out of that window, you will then need to select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.
