Wont load live data feed (CGQ / Denali)

Hi Support My live and historyical data feeds were loading fine last month but now I get the attached error message on each chart, even though the symbol mentioned in the error message (as legit) is the symbol that is being loaded in the chart. I haven't changed anything on my end, I have just topped up my usage credits and renewed (twice now till june). All I see is a static historical chart which is out of date, no live data, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I can't trade right now! |
