How to change DOM Sell/Buy header colors & missing levels

Where is the specific link on how to change the colors for the DOM Sell & Buy header columns? Also, why are the buy/sell levels empty on the Trading Chart Dom but are OK on the regular DOM? See the attached screen shots. |

The colors for the "Buy" and "Sell" at the top of the columns is controlled by the following Graphics Settings: - Trade DOM [Chart DOM] Buy Order Quantity Text - Trade DOM [Chart DOM] Sell Order Quantity Text On your Chart DOM make sure you have the correct Columns Displayed.
