Connecting my Apex account to Sierra charts

Hi guys. Sorry for contacting support I have read some of the other threads and I have messaged a few people who have done this themselves but for the life of me I cannot connect my Sierra charts to my apex Rithmic account. I have the server as Apex-Chicago Area Non-Aggregated. I am using the log in for Rithmic provided for me by Apex. I have Denali enabled and have a live account with Amp futures as I have had live data before yet I keep getting permission denied when I try and connect. I really love Sierra and want to use it to trade my apex account. What am I doing wrong? I currently only pay for the top of the book for CME... is this the reason it is not connecting? I don't want to pay for the full data and it still not connect as it will be a waste of money. Many thanks |

Your broker will help you with the permission denied error. You need to ask them for help with that. This error comes from Rithmic.
