Hello, Everything was working fine for years. Since I've renewed a few days ago, I get this error message : HD Request # 6005 | Error downloading historical Daily data for GFC.P.DX. Error: user is not authorized to execute query for one or more of the specified symbols | 2023-03-08 19:30:45.644
I get this for lots of symbols : GFC.P.DX ADP.P.DX GFC.P.DX IPN.P.DX ... It's working well in Intraday, but not for the Historical Daily charts. Did I forget to reactivate something on my side ? Regards, |

Euronext, they are europeans, mainly French action. I think the "P" stands for Paris.

Hello, I can confirm that I can connect, and I receive historical and intra day charts. But none of them are are updating in real times. I need to click on "Delete and Download data" to receive the last updates. For example : BNP.P.DX but its the same for all charts that I have open. I've been using the "old" sierra charts exchange for years with success. Are you sure those symbols are working with the new feed ? Regards |
