Hi team, I'm on Teton/Denali 12 and just subscribed to Nasdaq Totalview. Tried to replay some charts and I'm not getting any market depth data. Checked my message log and saw the attached; I'm subscribed and paid up. What's the reason for the error message? Thanks |
