The following Bitcoin symbol is available when the Data/Trade Service Setting is SC Data - All Services, but it is not available when it is Interactive Brokers: BTC-PERPETUAL-DBIT |

This is definitely not something we are going to implement support for when using Interactive Brokers. After looking into this further, when going to File\Find Symbol under "Available Symbols" the entire "Deribit" feed is missing when the Data/Trade Service Setting is Interactive Brokers, whereas it is visible when the Data/Trade Service Setting is SC Data - All Services. The symbol BTC-PERPETUAL-DBIT, happens to be part of Deribit. |

That is correct. This why you need to install a second copy of Sierra Chart which has the service set to SC Data - All Services and then you will have access to that data in that installation.
