Cannot download current data from Rithmic

                When I log onto Sierra I get a message saying "Permission Denied". I have never had any trouble until the last week or so.The latest data I can download for the ESH3 contract is 12/31/21. I have checked with my broker and they say I have no issues restrictions on their end with my account. I have downloaded the latest version of SC and the problem still persists. Attached is the error message I received.  |
