I have attached log file for your reference. i tried changing data to load to 4 days and even lesser. still its not able to update historical data. could you review the log and let me know?

Please change the following setting to 5: Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download >> 1-Tick Data Then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.
