how can i attach my floating account monitor window to a chartbook? i would like to fix it into a position within my chartbook. thanks

The Trade Account Monitor window can not be attached to a chart, or locked into the main graphics area. It is only a floating window as it is now. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
