i have just set up my new sierra chart w/ my existing cts-t4 feed from my trading platform and am unable to connect. what should i do?

Restart Sierra Chart. Select File >> Connect to Data Feed. If the Sierra Chart Message Log is not open, then select Window >> Show/Hide Message Log. Press the Send for Analysis button.
