web-trading not sure if completely connected?

Hi,

I'm currently on the web trading page, but not sure if an order would go through should i decide to place one..

Everything shows as connected besides this - "Last Heart Beat (Trading): NaN:NaN:NaN"

Also, when I select a symbol, i don't see the current price either, not sure if that has been built out yet though.



edit* to clarify, i selected the "Sierra Chart CME Direct Order Routing" service

Yes, it appears the data connection intermittently drops after reviewing the activity logs

As long as there is an automatic reconnection for market data when it gets disconnected, then that is all we can do. We cannot control connection issues.
