new computer running windows 11 via Parallels which has always been my sierra charts setup. for some reason while downloading the software directly from this website i keep getting a sierra chart installer errow ( photo attached ) I also sent the error log from the home instal screen over to the dev's for review. What steps am i missing here to be able to go through with the proper installation? This has never happened to me before as the download / install process is pretty straight forward. |

We do not have any experience with Parallels so we can not say. We recommend using the Zip installer instead.
