hi, i run backtest for 3hours after few seconds the sierra closes / shut down what the reason for that? and how to fix it? i have the latest sierra version 2419- 64 bit

The latest Sierra Chart version is 2448. So you might want to first update to the latest release. The account from which you posted is expired. We need you to post on the Support Board with your active Sierra Chart account. To do that select "Help >> Support Board" from within Sierra Chart. Post back into this thread when that is done. Also, give us information on exactly how long the backtest was running before the system shutdown and which backtesting option you were using.
