hotkey orders not working on 1 of my charts.

At 11:18am EST today, I tried to hit flatten on one of my charts and an error message came up. I can't find the message to see what the cause was. I flipped to another chart and was able to flatten. There is some setting on this chart that is not allow me to use the chart trader or order hotkeys I have programmed, but I'm not sure what it is.

Make sure the option for Trade >> Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Enabled is Enabled.
