time and sales historical data problem

hi there, I want to tell you that, whenever I try to get the historical data of the time and sales from the relay bar mode it shows the data for the volume but the bid size and ask size only show "1" in value, there is no data for them and in the live markets the data is clearly shown on the both can you help me out to solve this issue |
