After being offline for awhile I updated my symbol in chartbooks for futures.

I received the following message on my charts:
Download Failed
Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed.

HELP!!

We no longer have support for CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX in Sierra Chart.

It looks like you have gone through the process to get setup with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. So you should be getting real-time data at this time. If you are still having an issue with this, then please let us know.

Separately, you have activated multiple exchanges that you do not need. Make sure you go through and deactivate any of them that you do not want or need. If you need help with what you need, then let us know and we can help you.

We canceled renewal for all the exchanges you do not need. You had a very excessive number of them activated. Please be careful with this.
