Hey, I tried opening a chartbook but its saying that it's not compatible and asked me to contact support for help. what do i do?

Hey i wanted to open the attached chartbooks but they ain't opening its saying "symbol settings not found for current service" please help me with the installation of these chartbooks and do lemme know if i can open them only when i get the subscription.

The error "Symbol Settings not found for current service" means that you need to update the symbols in the chart. To do this, open the Chartbooks and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. You should be fine after that. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
