Curious why this would happen. I tried deleting and downloading/edit reload ect with no luck on getting the data from that time period to show.. Using IB and the charts there are ok. Does not matter now as the charts started working again at 3:35

IB made some changes to their interface recently, so you would need to be on the most recent Sierra Chart version along with the most recent "stable" release of TWS.
