I have Denali/SC ORS with all the futures data feeds enabled (non-pro bundle). Lots of charts in my .CHT which have all worked fine for years. Suddenly the Gold chart (Symbol GCZ22_FUT_COMEX) stopped working. Historical chart shows thru yesterday's close but not today's data, and intraday chart won't display at all. I tried using Find Symbol to make sure I had the right symbol and then opening a Trading DOM just in case the problem was in my chart settings. As expected, no live market data in the DOM either. Feels like COMEX live data got inexplicably turned off in the CME Futures bundle data feed. Please advise what I should do to fix this. Thanks! |
