Historical Graph data not displaying after rolling contracts

Hello, my market depth historical graph data was displaying fine on my chart until I rolled to a new futures contract month. Now I have no market depth data displaying at all. I tried a few of the fixes in the support instructions but I am not seeing any historical graph data on the chart. I have confirmed data connection, etc. Nothing changed in my settings other than rolling the contracts. Thank you.
