Changing MBO order quantity

I followed the steps suggested to change the order quantity of MBO from 3 to 10 and the DOM still shows orders lower than 10. I don't know how to change it tried everything.

After changing the Symbol Settings, you need to select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
