Can't seem to purchase usage time as before,I hit the purchase button and IE says it cannot display the webpage ? Running ver. 1130 on WinXP.

Hold on, paid through another computer, SC not installed, seem to work fine, strange.

We think this problem has to do with TLS versions enabled on the browser. The new payment page does not support all TLS versions in order to become PCI DSS compliant. But we may have to enable older versions. You need to enable all TLS versions in Internet Explorer under Tools >> Internet Options >> Advanced.
