How to automatically download/update data for large amount of tickers.

I need to review a large number of stocks (100+) and would like SC to automatically download and/or update tick data for these tickers automatically before I start reviewing the symbols. Preferably without opening a chart for each symbol. Is this sort of batch update possible? Thanks.
