I have order allocation setup for SIM2 and SIM3 (any two causes same error) When Back testing an order is entered at an earlier time than the present of course, but the second SIM account SIM3 does enter an order but at the latest/current price other than the entry price in back testing on SIM2 account. Happens every time no matter what 2 or more accounts are being used, regardless if chart are linked or unlinked etc. Why does the other allocated accounts enter on the current/latest price during a back test when the one being traded is back in time. At this point, I'm guessing that order allocation does not work during back testing. Is this correct? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-07-03 18:09:22

We would have to do a careful code examination to verify what you are saying is correct. However, it does make sense that this could very well be the case and you can see this is the case. Order Allocation to Accounts functionality was never designed with any consideration for using it with back testing. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
