Hi, How are you? My name is Frank and I want to ask you, why is the balance not showing correctly on the chart? In the chart settings i applied the balance text and it shows me 0.00, can you help me?, even though i
have more than 0.00 on my account, this occoured when i rolled over the chart to September. The trading DOM is also bugged/faulty.

Which balance are you specifically referring to, as the word "balance" is not used in any of the Chart Settings, so we are confused on the exact item you are referencing. And is this for your live trading account or in Simulation Mode?

First thing to do is to check the Account Balance in Trade >> Trade Account Monitor.

Do you see the correct value there?

The trading DOM is also bugged/faulty.

We will solve the problem with the account balance study. This will be out in the next release coming out in one or two days.

We do not understand what the problem is with the Chart DOM.

The DOM has these bars on the recent bid volume and recent ask volume which cover the numbers and it is not possible to see the current figures. This can be seen in this image (https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1655731199795.png).

Refer to the following information for how to change the status of the Volume Bars displayed in the DOM Columns:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Show Volume Bars (Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns)

Note that the exact method has changed and we have not had a chance to update the documentation. You will have a pulldown menu option for the Volume Bars instead of just the checkbox.
