MY NUMBER BARS THRESHOLD IS SET AT 3,3,3 AND WHEN THE IMBALANCE SHOWS ITS NOT AT A 3 TO 1 RATIO CONSISTANTLY. PLEASE HELP

Which Coloring Method are you using? Keep in mind that a setting of Based on AskVol/BidVol Percentage will give you percentages relative to 100, so you will not get a 300% comparison. Also, given that you have the Threshold set to 3,3,3, then you would need to set the Range 0 Colors to the same as the background, otherwise those colors are going to be used for anything between 0 and 3.
