Data/Trade Service Settings not working

Hi,

Whenever I try to open Global Settings --> Data/Trade Service Settings, nothing happens. No window appears. It was working fine yesterday but now it stopped. I use CQG Web API and I'm having trouble logging in, which is why I wanted to check the settings. All the other settings (For Example: Global Settings --> General Settings) work fine. It's just the Data/Trade Service Settings that's not appearing.

I tried with the Chartbook closed and opened. I also tried restarting Sierra and even upgrading to the current version but the problem still remains.

Please select Window >> Reset Windows then try to open the Data/Trade Service Settings window again and it should come up.
