How do I put these cool bid ask lines graphics on the DOM attached to the cart

Do you see these cool graphic bars next to the nubmers that extend off the DOM so I can visually see Icebergs in the Depth of Market? I'm specifically talking about the red and green bars that extend to the left of the DOM. How do I make those on a different chart? |
