Was trying to install SC to empty secondary drive (also NVMe drive - dedicated to SC) - got some sort of error about path being wrong or can't be used etc.. (can't recall exactly - was late in a night) - after that I created sub folder and it went through OK. My question is - is that the most optimum way to do it? I assume there is no direct install possible ?? Like straight under the Disk letter level (without a sub folder)? Please advise. Thanks |

You would not be able to install the Sierra Chart installation folder to the top level of a drive. It sounds like this is what you were trying to do, and you found the solution of creating a Sub-Folder first (like D:\SierraChart) and then installing to that sub-folder.
