Does anyone run SC on a laptop that doesn't meet the recommended 32gb RAM?

just curious to see if everything is still usable and working in a timely manner since the laptop I want only has 16gb ram but meets the other two requirements (SSD and minimum 4-cores)

16 GB is just fine.
