The message Symbol is unknown is displayed on the chart window for an unknown, unavailable or improperly formatted symbol, for a period of 30 seconds.My charts are blanc have no data no volume.I think I have trade almost everything that is suggested. maybe the problem is something else?

Your chart is set to a symbol format that the connected data feed doesn't recognize. What symbol is your chart set to? What data feed is your system set to? |
