Fix Crosshair tool moving all charts

When I have the crosshair tool on, it scrolls around all of my open charts. How can I disable this feature? I cannot find what I did to turn this on. See video for reference (https://www.loom.com/share/9af28dd837d446c1b347ac86b27cd8b3) Notice my crosshair in the upper left corner of the video

Go to TOOLS>> SYNCHRONIZE CHARTS and uncheck. Make sure you scroll to the present time before unchecking this
