What is the symbol for one chart for which you are not getting data?

We see that you are connecting to CQG. Therefore the symbol you should be using the following: F.US.EPM22 If you are not using the correct symbols then you can easily change them for all your charts by opening your chartbooks and selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
