TPO Chart not loading.

I'm attempting to load a TPO configuration that I received from a friend. It leaves me with a blank screen shown in the attachment. I've tested the chartbook with many others and it works for them. How can I get it to load? I can link the chartbook if needed.

The chart is a different symbol from what your current service setting uses. Open the Chartbook and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service and the data should load after that.
