VIX futures - no data ?

Hello.
Am subscribed to CFE feed and was getting the data fine until couple of days back I notice no real time data in charts anymore.

Any reason ?
Also, to make sure, is this the VIX future or is there another ticker for this ?
VXK22 , VXMK22

You can see last value I got but it is not updating.
This was working until couple days back. I did no changes other than renew my subs

The most recent bar in your chart image is from March 24, 2022 at approximately 10:24. This means you are getting at least some recent data. What is the time zone of your chart?

Also, are you getting delayed streaming data, in that the data is behind by 15 minutes, or does the data update once every 30 minutes or so?

We need to understand the exact data issue you are having, so any additional information would be helpful.

After reboot disconnect/reconnect it seems right but the activity is much lower than what it was (number of updates) although that might be the market now.

Time zone is Chicago 18:00 - 17:59

To make sure, is there a more active contract you provide data for or is this it ?

We just have data for the VIX and Mini VIX. You are looking at the correct data for the VIX.
