Hi I am new to SierraChart. When i am trying to import some basic examples of chart book which is part of installation i am getting error.
What i am missing?

I was also trying to refer some of the charts here Additional Files (Study Collections, Spreadsheets, Chartbooks): Files
I am also getting same error. Not a valid chartbook.

We will get all of these Chartbooks converted. However for now, update to the latest prerelease:

I did follow the steps to update to the latest prerelease but i am getting error

Maximum no of retries encountered. Refer to log. Download Cancelled. Please install to retry.


Could you please let me know which version you are referring to. I might put that number and give a try.

Your Installation Log is showing that you are not able to connect to the Sierra Chart download at all. Please reboot your computer and restart Sierra Chart and from within your Sierra Chart software select Help >> Download PreRelease.

If you have another issue, be sure to send us the Installer Log again.
