Hi I currently am subscribed for the Denali data feed for futures (CBOT etc). I want to also stream real time the SPX cash index ($INX). Can I access this data service on its own, or do I have to have the stock stream as well (which I don't want / need) Thanks |

You do not need the stock data to get that index. What you do need, however, is to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the S&P Indices exchange. Refer to the information at the following link, which includes Setup Instructions: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi John - I have signed up and connected to Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, and added S&P Indices. I used the 250 Real Time Symbols. What does this actually entitle me to access, other the S&P Indices? For example, can I get real time data for US stocks (eg AAPL , TSLA, MSFT etc), as long as I am within my 250 limit NB - I also have Denali and the CME Futures data coming though that feed thanks |

The 250 symbol limit relates only to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and in your case to the S&P indices. Yes you can get real-time data for these symbols through our NASDAQ data feed, and there are no symbol limits: For example, can I get real time data for US stocks (eg AAPL , TSLA, MSFT etc), as long as I am within my 250 limit

If I'm mainly trading CME products but want real-time access to AAPL & Cash Indexes ($INX) would I have to pay for Denali (currently using), NASDAQ & Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds?

You are correct, in order to get all those items you would need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group and NASDAQ TotalView data and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the indices.

I thought the SC Exchange Data Feed was getting combined with Denali and/or NASDAQ or going away? Is there a package deal for all those feeds? I'm on Service package 12 with Denali.

We have been redoing the connections to the major exchanges and that is what the Denali feed is. But the indices that are part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed are provided through a 3rd party and these are not something that we will be changing anytime soon. We do not have any special package pricing when using both data feeds.
